Library /sys$common/syshlp/edfhlp.hlb ADD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    This command allows you to add one or more lines to the FDL
    file. If the line already exists, you can optionally replace
    it with the new line. After you insert a line, you can optionally
    continue to add lines under that particular primary section. If
    no primary section exists to hold the secondary attribute being
    added, one is automatically created.
