Library /sys$common/syshlp/dns$cphelp.hlb create, child, example  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 The following command creates the child pointer for the .sales.east
 directory in the .ny_ch clearinghouse.

 dns> create child .sales.east clearinghouse .ny_ch
