Library /sys$common/syshlp/decset$envmgr.hlb cgui, dd options PopForm, sca library Txt  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Enter the directory specification of the SCA Library.
 If the file selection box is used, this field will be filled in with
 the chosen directory.

 When you specify a library name, MMS defines the macro $(SCA_LIBRARY) to
 be that library name.
