Library /sys$common/syshlp/decset$envmgr.hlb cgui, cmslib PopForm, cmslb select Btn  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Click on the Select... button to specify the directory or file
    or string (depending on which dialog box is being used).
