Library /sys$common/syshlp/decnet_migrate.hlb CONVERT, TO  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 This optional parameter can be used to supply the name of the output file
 to create, when converting a command file.

 If this parameter is not specified, the output file will have the same name
 as the input file.

 Example:  CONVERT DCL_FILE DECNET_SETUP.COM TO DECNET_SETUP_NCL.COM
