 	Explanation:

 	A problem in the network prevented Integrated Login from obtaining
 	information about the principal from the DCE registry; therefore,
 	network credentials were not given.

 	User Action:

 	Try logging in later with DCE_LOGIN.  If you still receive this error,
 	ask your cell administrator to troubleshoot the network.
