 DEBUG detected a bad RTL EVCB sentinel-Event ignored.

    Facility: DEBUG, VMS Debugger

    Explanation: While process a pseudo-go operation, the EVCB sent
    to the debugger by the RTL had a bogus sentinel field. Therefore,
    the debugger ignored the event.

    User Action: None.
