    Facility: DEBUG, VMS Debugger

    Explanation: The OpenVMS Debug PTHREAD command calls a POSIX
    Threads Debugger image. That call failed.

    User Action: Check your POSIX Threads Debugger command syntax and
    semantics (see Guide to POSIX Threads, debugging appendix).
