    Facility: DEBUG, VMS Debugger

    Explanation: Any existing predefined eventpoints have not been
    canceled as the result of a CANCEL command.

    User Action: Specify the /PREDEFINED qualifier with the CANCEL
    command to cancel predefined eventpoints.
