 missing Module-Begin record in DST (compiler error)

    Facility: DEBUG, VMS Debugger

    Explanation: An expected Module-Begin record was not found in
    the debugger Symbol Table. This indicates a probable error in the
    compiler output.

    User Action: Submit a Software Performance Report (SPR).
