    Facility: DEBUG, VMS Debugger

    Explanation: A kernel debugger attempted to connect to a main
    debugger with which it is not compatible.

    User Action: Make sure that the logical names used to point at
    the sharable and non_sharable debugger images are defined to
    point to the same type of debuggers.
