    Specifies the scope, relative to the call stack, for which
    decoded instructions are displayed in a screen-mode instruction
    display.

    The %INST_SCOPE symbol is used in the definition of the
    predefined screen-mode instruction display INST:

    DBG> DISPLAY INST AT H1 INSTRUCTION -
    _DBG> (EXAMINE/INST .%INST_SCOPE\%PC)
