  A review comment is a remark made by a project member,
  usually explaining why the generation was put on the
  review list.  Other members can display the review
  comment for explanation, and optionally add their
  review comments.

  The generation must already be under review.  For an
  explanation on how to put a generation under review,
  double click on Review Element under the additional
  topics below.
