    The BACKUP Manager help file, SYS$HELP:BKM$HELP.HLB, is not accessible.

    Meaning:  The SYS$HELP:BKM$HELP.HLB file may have been deleted from
              the system.

    Action:   Check to ensure that BKM$HELP.HLB is in SYS$HELP and
              accessible to you. If BKM$HELP.HLP was deleted from the
              system, restore a backup copy of the file if the system
              files were backed up.
