  Device type is not supported (ERR=267)

  The specified device type is not supported by  VAX  GKS.   Specify  an
  alternative  device  type.   Supported  device types are listed in the
  manual Programming  with  VAX  BASIC  Graphics  and  in  the  VAX  GKS
  documentation.   Verify  with your system manager that support for the
  specified device has been installed.  Also, verify that  the  VAX  GKS
  startup command procedure has properly executed.
