  Color indices are not contiguous (ERR=261)

  The color indices on the device you are using are not contiguous.  Use
  caution  when  specifying  all  color  indices.   The  ASK  MAX  COLOR
  statement will not retrieve the maximum  number  of  colors  for  this
  device.
