      SET {CHOICE} ECHO AREA [ [#dev-id        ] {:} ] exp-list
          {STRING}           [  ,UNIT int-exp   ]
          {VALUE }

  Exp-list must be four  numeric  expressions  for  the  left,  right,
  bottom and top boundaries.
