  ERROR - An OPEN statement contains a RECORDSIZE, FILESIZE, EXTENDSIZE,
  WINDOWSIZE,  BLOCKSIZE, BUCKETSIZE, or BUFFER clause whose argument is
  too large.  Supply a smaller value for the argument.
