Compile time errors, NOFRAME

*Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

WARNING - A program containing multiple compilation units has been
stopped while running in the environment due to a STOP statement or a
CTRL/C entered by the user. The NOFRAME error indicates that the
routine executing when the program stopped is not the last compilation
unit in the source file. You can examine or modify a variable in
immediate mode only if the current routine is the last compilation
  unit in the source file.

If you do not intend to debug your program in immediate mode, no
action is required. If you do intend to debug your program in
immediate mode, make the routine that you want to debug the last
compilation unit in the source file. The symbols for the last
compilation unit are always available. Alternatively, use the OpenVMS
symbolic Debugger to debug your program.
