  ERROR - The program references a line number that does not  appear  in
  the   object   code   as   a   result   of   the  branch  taken  in  a
  %IF-%THEN-%ELSE-%END-%IF directive.  Remove the line number  reference
  or change the THEN-%ELSE-%END-%IF directive.
