  WARNING - The target line number of an immediate mode  GOTO  statement
  is  outside  of the currently compiled procedure.  If you run a source
  file containing more than one program  unit,  the  currently  compiled
  program  is  the last program unit in the source file.  If you use the
  OLD command to load a program, load one or more  object  modules,  and
  then  type  RUN,  the  currently compiled procedure is the program you
  read into memory with the OLD command.
