  INFORMATION - This error is reported only when the  /FLAG=OPTIMIZATION
  qualifier  is  in  effect.   The  program  contains  a  dynamic string
  variable.  This prevents optimization of the compiler-generated  code.
  Place the string variable in a COMMON or MAP.
