  ERROR - A program compiled with the /ANSI_STANDARD qualifier from  the
  DCL  command  level, or called into the VAX BASIC environment with the
  OLD command while the /ANSI_STANDARD qualifier is in effect,  contains
  two identical line numbers.  Remove one instance of the duplicate line
  number.
