  ERROR - A user matrix is specified in a  DRAW  statement  WITH  clause
  where  a two dimensional matrix with lower bounds 0 and upper bounds 4
  in both dimensions is required.   Declare  the  matrix  to  be  a  two
  dimensional  matrix  with  lower  bounds  0 and upper bounds 4 in both
  dimensions.
