  INFORMATION   -   This   message    is    given    only    when    the
  /FLAG=AXPCOMPATIBILITY qualifier is in effect.  The record contains an
  HFLOAT data element that would be converted  to  a  static  string  in
  Alpha BASIC, as the HFLOAT datatype is not available on that platform.
  If you plan to share data between OpenVMS VAX and Alpha  Systems,  you
  should not use the HFLOAT datatype.
