Library /sys$common/syshlp/basichelp.hlb Commands, HELP  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  The HELP command displays online information about various components of
  the  BASIC  language  such as statements, functions, commands, keywords,
  conventions, and general program elements.  You can specify a topic  and
  subtopics.  HELP with no arguments displays a list of topics.
