Library /sys$common/syshlp/basichelp.hlb Commands, DELETE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  This command removes a specified line or range of lines from the program
  currently  in  memory.   The  DELETE  command  can  only be specified on
  programs that contain line numbers.

  Example

  DELETE 70-80, 110, 124

  Format

      DELETE line-num [ { , }  line-num ],...
                        { - }
