Choose On Context from the Help menu to get help on var-
  ious objects in the open window (menu bar, Browse window,

  Detail button, and filter option menu).  When you choose On
  Context, the pointer changes to a question mark (?).  You then
  can point to objects in the window (or in any subwindow) and
  click MB1.

  For example, to get help on the Menu Bar:

   1  Choose On Context from the Help pulldown.

   2  Position the question mark (?)  on the Menu Bar and
      click MB1.  Information about that item displays in the
      help topic window.  You also may see a list of additional
      topics that provide more information.
