Renaming Groups of Files

  You can rename multiple files in one operation.  You can
  also rename multiple input files to multiple output files by
  specifying wildcard characters in corresponding elements of
  the input and output file specifications.

  To rename multiple files in one operation:

  1.  Select the files you want to rename.

  2.  Choose the ellipsis (...)  next to the Rename command
      on FileView's Commands menu.  FileView displays the
      Rename dialog box.

  3.  Type the file specification you want the files renamed to.

  4.  Click on the OK button.
