Editing Files You are Reading

  To view the contents of a file and make changes to that file
  at the same time:

  1.  Select the file or files you want to view.

  2.  Choose the ellipsis (...)  next to the Read command on
      FileView's Commands menu.  FileView displays the Read
      dialog box.

  3.  Choose the editor you want to use by clicking on the
      appropriate button.

      To use an editor other than those listed, click on the Other
      button and then type the appropriate DCL command for
      invoking the editor in the text entry field.

  4.  Click on the OK button.
