Using Stepper Arrows

  Stepper arrows are the triangles that appear at each end of
  the vertical or horizontal scroll bars.

  To move the window one line in the direction of the stepper
  arrow, move the pointer to a stepper arrow and click MB1.

  This action allows you to scroll through the information in
  the window at a slow pace.

  To move the window continuously in the direction of the
  stepper arrow, move the pointer to a stepper arrow.  Press
  and hold MB1.  This action allows you to scroll through the
  information in the window at a faster pace.
