Using the Grid Option
If you want to line up a series of shapes or draw shapes
equidistant to each other, choose Grid On from the Options
menu.
The Grid On option superimposes a horizontal and vertical
pattern of dots on the drawing window and serves as a guide
that does not become part of the picture.
The Grid On option is helpful when you are drawing
geometric figures. The grid causes lines to "snap into place"
on the dots.
