Modifying Your Print Options

  Choose Print...  from the main window's Options menu to
  change your default print settings.  For example, you can
  change the printer to be used, the print format, the number
  of copies to be printed, and other settings.

  The default print settings are used when no other settings are
  specified.  You can override the default settings when printing
  messages.

  Changing your print options affects the way messages are
  printed during the current Mail session only.  When you exit
  Mail the print options revert to their original settings.
