Updating Folders

  Choose Update Folder from the main window's Maintenance
  menu to close and reopen the selected folder.  This updates
  the list of messages in the main window, removing messages
  that have been deleted or moved.

  If a folder is updated while a message in that folder is being
  read in your default Read window, the window is closed when
  the folder is closed.  The window will not be reopened.
