Maintenance Menu

  The items on the Maintenance menu let you perform
  maintenance tasks on your mail drawers and folders.

  You can create, update, and delete folders, empty the
  WASTEBASKET, add and remove drawers in your index,
  modify drawer names, compress drawers, and scan your
  mail directory for mail drawers.
