Forwarding a Selected Message

  Choose Forward from the main window's Create-Send menu
  to forward a selected message to another user.

  You must display the Forward submenu to specify whether
  to send the message with or without the original header
  (address information) and with or without using an editor.

  Mail opens a Create-Send window in which you can enter
  address information and, unless you have chosen not to use
  an editor, edit the message that you are forwarding.

  Click on the Send button to forward the message.
