Creating Files from Messages

  Choose Extract...  on the main window's File menu to create
  files from mail messages.

  To create a file from a mail message, select the message
  and choose Extract...  from the File menu.  A dialog box is

  displayed.  Enter the appropriate information and click on the
  OK button to create the file.
