Using Menus

  The main window menu bar contains the names of menus
  from which you can choose to accomplish various Mail tasks.

  To use a menu:

  1.  Move the pointer to the name of the menu and click
      MB1.

      This highlights the menu name and pulls down the menu.

  2.  Move the pointer to the desired menu item and click
      MB1.

  double click on one of the additional topics listed below.
