Move/Copy Dialog Box

  The Move/Copy dialog box lets you move or copy messages to
  a different folder.

  Enter the name of the destination drawer and folder in the
  Drawer and Folder entry boxes.  If you enter the name of a
  drawer or folder that does not exist, Mail creates the drawer
  or folder.

  The upper portion of the Move/Copy dialog box contains
  an index of your Mail drawers.  Double click on a drawer
  name to display an index of the folders in the drawer and
  automatically enter the drawer name in the Drawer entry
  box.  To select a folder, click on the folder name.

  Click on the OK button to complete the move or copy task;
  click on the Cancel button to cancel the move or copy task.

  When you copy messages, the messages are copied into the
  new folder as soon as you click on the OK button.

  When you move messages, the messages are marked for
  moving, but they are not actually moved until the folder is
  closed and the new folder is opened.
