Updating the Current Folder

  Choose Update Folder on the Folder pop-up menu to close
  and reopen the selected folder.  This updates the list of
  messages in the main window, removing messages that
  have been deleted or moved.

  If you update a folder while reading a message in that folder
  in your default Read window, the window closes when the
  folder is closed.  The window will not be reopened.
