Operator Message Entry Box

  The Operator Message entry box allows you to enter a
  message of up to 255 characters to be sent to the operator
  when the job begins to print.

  To enter a message in the Operator Message entry box:

  1.  Move the pointer to the Operator Message entry box.

  2.  Click MB1.  Enter a message in the entry box.

  3.  Click on the OK button.
