End Sheet Option

  The End Sheet option controls whether a "trailer" page is
  printed at the end of a file.  The end sheet contains the
  job entry number as well as information about the user
  submitting the job and the files being printed.

  To use the End Sheet option:

  1.  Move the pointer to the End Sheet box.

  2.  Press and hold MB1.  A pop-up menu is displayed.

  3.  Choose a menu item and release MB1.

  4.  Click on the OK button.

  The End Sheet box contains the Default, None, One, and All
  menu items.  For a description of each item, double click on
