Customizing Alarm Settings

  The Alarms dialog box allows you to adjust the default alarms
  that can be applied to any new entries created.  Each entry
  can have up to five alarms:

  -   Entry Time:  Sounds and displays at the time the
      appointment is scheduled to start

  -   1-15 minutes (adjusted on scale) before the appointment
      is scheduled to start
  -   1-60 minutes (adjusted on scale) before the appointment
      is scheduled to start

  -   1-24 hours (adjusted on scale) before the appointment is
      scheduled to start

  -   1-14 days (adjusted on scale) before the appointment is
      scheduled to start

  Click on the bell to set an alarm, then move the arrow in the
  scale to set the desired time.  The preset alarms are 5 minutes
  before the appointment and the time of the appointment.
