Show AM/PM

  Calendar uses a 12-hour time system with A.M. and P.M. in
  its Day view for both the clock and the timeslots.

  You can change to a 24-hour time system by disabling Show
  AM/PM in the General dialog box, which you can access
  from the Options menu.  If you make this change, 1:30 P.M.
  becomes 13:30, and so on.
