Choosing the First Day of the Week

  Calendar designates Sunday as the first day of the week.  You
  can make another day the first day of your week by choosing
  the desired day from the First Day of Week options in the
  General dialog box, which you can access from the Options
  menu.  All weeks in all Calendar windows will use this new
  setting.
