The Work Day Option

  Use the Work Day option on the Mark submenu to mark a
  particular day as a Work Day.  Choosing Work Day causes
  the selected day to appear in larger type (or in the highlight
  color on a color workstation).

  Once you choose Work Day, the marked days continue to be
  displayed as Work even if you change the setting for that day
  of the week to Non-Work in the dialog box of the General...
