Mailing Entries
You can send and receive calendar entries through electronic
mail. To do so, you must display both the calendar entry (or
just the correct Day view if you are receiving the entry) and
the mail message.
To copy an entry to a mail message:
1. Open a mail message in the usual way.
2. Click MB1 on the entry handle.
3. Move the cursor inside the mail window and click MB2 to
paste the entry. The entry is pasted in the mail message.
To place an entry at a timeslot that you have received
through electronic mail:
1. Choose Day from the View menu.
2. Press and drag MB1 through the text in the mail
message.
3. Move the cursor anywhere inside the Day view, then
click MB2. The entry is pasted into the calendar at the
right time and on the right day.
