Altering a Repeating Entry
Repeating entries are Calendar entries that are made on one
occasion and then automatically repeated at regular intervals
(for example, every week).
If you attempt to modify or delete one of these entries, you
must decide whether you want to affect this one occasion (as
if it were a single event) or every such occasion from now on.
You can also modify individual occurrences. This is useful
if, for example, you are looking at a day in the future that
contains a repeat entry and you decide to make a change.
Instead of returning to the first occurrence of the entry, you
can modify a future entry by using the Entry Editor. When
you exit from the Entry Editor, a dialog box asks you whether
you want the changes you made to be applied in:
- Just this instance
- This and all future instances
- All instances, past, present, and future
