Entry Editor File Menu

  Use the Include...  menu item on the Entry Editor's File menu
  to include the contents of a file in the text of an entry.  Enter
  the name of the file you want to include in the Include dialog
  box.

  The Include...  menu item is active only when you have
  selected a timeslot.  The included text is inserted following the
  cursor in the entry's text.
