Setting Alarms for an Entry

  The five alarms display their preset values.  Alarms that are
  set not to sound are disabled (dimmed).

  Click on the bell to set or disable an alarm; then click on the
  button if you want to adjust the time.  Move the arrow in the
  scale to adjust to the desired time.

  To modify the preset values for the alarms, use the Alarms
  dialog box.
